Charel Verheggen
Charel Verheggen is a seasoned tax advisor with over ten years of experience in the Dutch Caribbean. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Law and Economics from the University of Curaçao in 2014 and successfully completed the Registered Tax Advisor (Register Belastingadviseur) program in 2019.
Her professional journey began in 2012. Over the years, she has worked in both the tax compliance and advisory practice. Charel is known for her in-depth knowledge of the local tax system, her practical and efficient approach and her ability to deliver accurate and actionable advice.
In 2025, she took the next step in her career by founding her own tax advisory firm, SolidTax, with the aim of providing accessible, high-quality tax services tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals in the Dutch Caribbean.
